In this world where conflicts and violence are currently taking place on a large scale creating an urgent need for international cooperation to propose peaceful solutions, it's important to take every opportunity to celebrate and promote peace. That is why we celebrated the Geneva Peace Week (05-09 November 2018).

Cultural Diversity and Sustainable Development for Peace, because of its aim to promote peacebuilding through dialogue and cultural diversity and sustainable development principles, wishes to reaffirm strongly the role of civil society.

We believe that the civil society can play the effective role to create an atmosphere favorable to the peacebuilding process, especially by promoting sustainable and inclusive methods and strategies.

CD4Peace wishes to contribute in raising awareness of the importance of cultural dialogue an exchange between communities and increasing the sustainable development to achieve the peace.
